I apologize for my question. Previously, you answered my questions on average from 3 to 6 hours. And now I’m waiting for an answer from 10 to 24 or more hours. What is the reason for this?

We answer all topics in a queue order and our response time may be a bit high on the weekend. Usually, we answer up to 2 hours in working time and up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
