I saw the screenshot you attached. Please Go to Theme Settings >> Footer. And make sure that all the tags used in the footer copyrights Html are properly closed. Then Check back.

It seems that you have added the shortcode in the text next to the copyrights area. Now to remove them.
Please Go to Theme Settings >> Footer and clear the area as mentioned in the screenshot.
