I need some help with Mega Menu

I watched the tutorial video on the documentation but there are some elements that do not appear in my wp bakery elements and to be more specific the extra menu list (and many others).

So I can not create mega menus as instructed in the video.

You cannot save the theme settings as PHP max input vars: 1000 https://prnt.sc/wcdbch and it should be 5000 min, please contact your host support to increase this parameter.

The problem with the settings saving has not been solved and the hosting support sent me this message:

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings’ “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
