I need to call a custom taxonomy from the GRID element in Elementor

Hello, I need to be able to call products inside a custom taxonomy from the GRID element in elementor:

For some reason it only lets me call items inside attributes or categories, but I have a custom taxonomy and elementor lets me call it, but not the grid element you’ve created.

I would gladly use the elementor “products” element but it doesnt work for some reason, I think is conflicting with Woodmart.

Any ideas?

One other problem, when using the ELEMENTOR “products” element inside the builder, I cant modify the number of columns, nor add pagination. It seems to be conflicting with woodmart.

Most likely this customization is not compatible with WoodMart. Please provide more details on what taxonomy have you created? Perhaps it is possible to implement with the existing options.

Im using Yith Brands Premium instead of the brands system of Woodmart, it creates a custom taxonomy, Elementor can call it perfectly and filter the elements, but when using Woodmart element it wont work.

The other problem is that when using woodmart, I CANT use the “Products” element (from Elementor, not woodmart), because Woodmart keeps overwriting them but making them unusable (even if I change settings like number of products/columns, it wont work).

So, if Woodmart cant filter by Yith Brands, I want to be able to use the base element from elemento which can filter by custom taxonomies, any fixes for this?

The problem is with woodmart, not Yith. You’re not even reading my full post. What about what I’m mentioning about Elementor not working properly when using woodmart?

We guarantee full compatibility and correct operation with the plugins related to the theme (Appearance > Install plugins.)

In addition, we declare the list of the plugin compatible with the WoodMart. This plugin is not on the list. We have not tested it with them and it means that we cannot guarantee full compatibility. Use the default Elementro widget to show.

Please try to disable the brand functionality of WoodMart in the Theme Settings > Shop > Brand > set “Select” in Brand attribute

This option works properly, however, it does not update the changes in live mode, you need to save the changes and then go to the page to view.
