It seems that this dropdown is added with some installed plugin and not related to WooCommerce. We don’t know how to edit it. You need to contact plugin’s developers.

Sorry, but we can hardly advise you in this situation. This customization should be made in the plugin’s code and we don’t have an instruction for this.
