It is mentioned under cPanel > Resource usage – I/O usage resources limit was reached for your site in past 24 hours.

Hosting team informed and suggested to keep things down.

Upon asking further, this is what they suggest to look into the Resource Usage > Snapshots.
And this is what they pin point at too.

Also, such resource usage warning of limit reach, keeps appearing almost every day or two.

We are using very limited set of plugins since beginning. With very few products on site.
And using the same hosting too. The hosting is extremely good with pretty much reasonable stats and have high scores of speed too.

Please look into this and suggest.

PS: If at all Admin credentials are required, these can be found from previous tickets.

As we understand, it is a general problem on your website and not something related to the theme. If you see that something in our theme takes a lot of resources let us know and we will check this.

Hello Artem,

Yes, that happens when we use or Activate Woodmart Theme.
When we activate the default theme, such warnings don’t comes up.

We even tested on the staging site as well by switching themes
Can you please look into it and help to resolve

It does not say instantly.
What i mean to say, if we create a staging site (with Woodmart theme Active), then it shows similar warning of Resource usage limit.
But if we switch to Default theme, then again test after couple of days (from Resource Usage area with cPanel), we do not find any such warning on the staging site.
So I hope you can understand that in such case, video can’t be recorded. The only thing is that it will show only for the Domain name due to which the usage limit crosses.

And with those details, for which we have shared the screenshot earlier.

I would like to request you to please look into the issue thoroughly. As hosting can temporarily suspend the account any time, if this keeps appearing. Or may affect account usage and services. Or can limit them, at certain point.

Hello Artem,

I asked the hosting team regarding your queries and requirements, and they suggested below –

I noticed that the GoogleBot has quite some activity on the website, which means it is regularly scrapping and crawling your website, which in turn could result in high I/O.
I do not recommend completely disabling the bot, as this would mean that your newer content won’t get indexed.

However, what you can do is reduce the frequency, especially if you are not adding content to that website on a regular basis (at least once per day). I found an article that you can read more about here:

Other than that, I don’t think your theme is responsible for this.

They further suggested –

we should first check and adjust the frequency of GoogleBots. If after that, there is still a warning of High IO usage. Then they will further check upon our request. And if they find anything else including from the theme, then they will inform us.

So, currently, there is nothing from the Theme (as per what the Hosting team informed).
We will let you know if it requires anything from your side.

Please share your views Artem, shall we check with the Frequency of Googlebots.
Your valuable inputs will be highly appreciable in this.
