I upload the theme but not showing in themes list

I did upload the zip file from apperance > theme upload
it takes time loading , but empty page after that , nothing in the themes list.

i did delete my cache
deactivate all plugins

wordpress version 6.6 do i need to go back or you have any solution ?

upload_max_filesize 64M
max_execution_time 180
max_input_vars 10000
