I Want Text on Blog Category Pages

We have previously edited the product category pages. Thanks.
Now I want the same features on the blog.
So I want blog categories to look like product category pages.
What should I do?

Navigate to Dashboard > Posts > Categories > edit and insert the text or HTML shortcode into the Description field.

What I want to do is; take this part down. Add a scroll bar. As in product categories.

There is no option to do that for blog categories. Such an option is provided for the product category.
