I want the parent category to be clickable

I’d like to make the parent/main category in both desktop and mobile version to be clickable not just a toggle. How to do that please?

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Widgets and disable the “Toggle function for categories widget” option.

I wanted to clarify my request regarding the mobile dropdown menu for categories.

I need the dropdown menu to stay visible on mobile so users can access subcategories. When a user clicks the arrow on the right side, it should expand the submenu. However, if the user clicks on the parent category text itself, it should take them directly to that parent category’s page.

Right now, the parent category text only acts as a toggle to open or close the dropdown, and doesn’t link to the parent category page as intended. Please see the attached for reference.

To make the submenu open only when clicking the arrow, while keeping the parent category link clickable, follow these steps:

Navigate to WoodMart → Header Builder > Open the Mobile Menu settings

Find the option called “Submenu opening action” > Select: “Only arrow”

This setting ensures that:

Clicking the arrow will expand the submenu > Clicking the parent label/text will take the user to the parent category page
