I want to add a review with an Element tool, but it’s called a plug-in crash. Or is there no product review option provided by woodmart other than an Element product review? Or I would appreciate it if you could let me know what plug-in problem it is

You need to check the star rating on the frontend of the product page where the product’s rating is situated. You need to add product reviews on some of the products and you will see this rating.
