i copy script from my Facebook page and past in Global Custom JS
but it doesn’t show anthing. i didn’t want to use plugin

I saw the screenshot you attached.
The chat code providers usually recommend adding the code in the header file of the theme.
You can copy the header.php file to your child theme and try your Facebook Messenger Customer Chat code in that file.
Then check back.
Or you can use a plugin that meets your requirements.
