baranpastacilikParticipantHello again, this time I am experiencing a different problem. I am having 2 problems with the appearance of my products, that is, my shopping page.
1- The names of the products are written only on the first line, so if the product name is long, it is cut in half.
2. The products are not listed in the same size, some are larger and some are smaller.
Can you go to the page and fix this? I would also appreciate it if you could tell me how you fixed it.Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue is related to the Images themselves, here is our article on how to fix that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/
Thanks for your patience. Hopefully, you are doing well.
Kind Regards

baranpastacilikParticipantThank you for your answer for first question but you didn’t answer the second question
February 23, 2024 at 3:43 pm #543215
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry, the solution for the 1 question is to navigate to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products styles -> disable the Product title lines limit here: https://take.ms/yrlTH

baranpastacilikParticipantHello again, I have 2 more questions.
1- The font I chose on the slider and the font on my home page are different, I am adding the images.
2- How can I assign different footers to different pages?Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The font can be changed via the Revolution slider: https://take.ms/WOVoc
2. With the help of the theme presets you can assign different footers, here is our documentation on how to use it: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

baranpastacilikParticipantHello, I think I didn’t express myself correctly. For the first problem, I know where to change the font in the slider. If you look carefully at the pictures, the font I chose in the slider and the font on my home screen are different. I asked how I could solve this problem. Secondly, I could not find the answer I was looking for in the article you posted. Can you give me an example on how I can set different footers?
February 29, 2024 at 10:22 am #544942
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Oter and disable the “Slider Revolution inherit theme font” option: https://take.ms/wavRz
2. Create a preset with the condition that is related to a specific page: https://take.ms/d8HPO , then edit this created preset and change the footer: https://take.ms/ieGc2

baranpastacilikParticipantHello again, I have 2 questions.
1- How can I put another element in the middle of a photo as you see in the picture (like follow Instagram)
2- I want my photos to be vertical instead of square in mobile view, as in the example in the picture, how can I do this?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Edit the element and change the “Content” area per your needs: https://take.ms/3MyE6
2. Unfortunately, there is no option to make such a view on mobile, sorry.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

baranpastacilikParticipantThere are icons as you can see in the 1st picture, but when I add them myself, the icons do not appear (like in the 2nd picture). And the one you see in the 3rd picture is my main footer, I want to add information icons such as address and phone side by side. (below menu). What is the problem? Can you check and see why the icons are not visible?

baranpastacilikParticipantI have an additional question, stating that there is still no answer to my previous question. How can I hide a part of the page only for mobile or desktop only?
March 1, 2024 at 5:42 pm #545470
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please clarify where this https://take.ms/6wIjl footer is defined so I can inspect it.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

baranpastacilikParticipantHello, I would like my previous question to be answered before it gets delayed. Additionally, my current font appears on desktop but not on a mobile device. What can I do about this? (There is no problem when you change the view to mobile from Chrome, but it does not happen when you enter directly from a phone)
March 4, 2024 at 10:34 am #545887
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay.
1. First, set the URL as https: https://take.ms/oMRbg then clear the server cache and let me know.
2. It looks like a cache, so make sure that it does not happen after clearing the site/server/browser cache and check again. Also, you can try to clear the cache on the mobile browser.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

baranpastacilikParticipantHello, I set the https setting. Even though I cleared the caches for the second problem, the problem persists. Do you have a different solution suggestion?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Looks like the
file_get_contents
function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option. https://take.ms/8q5NHBest Regards
March 5, 2024 at 8:06 pm #546472
baranpastacilikParticipantThe “file_get_contents” setting was set to “enable”, but the text problem persists.
March 6, 2024 at 11:19 am #546564
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The icons are working well now: https://take.ms/rNi7y
2. Please send me some screenshots of the different font on mobile devices because on my side it looks the same: https://take.ms/BUzdS
THank you in advance.

March 8, 2024 at 10:03 am #547242
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I apologies for the delay.
May I disable 3rd party plugins for testing the issue?
Thank you in advance.

baranpastacilikParticipantOf course, you can do whatever you want
March 8, 2024 at 4:56 pm #547486
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We can see that on mobile the right font appears, if you check the Typography in Theme Settings you can see the preview of the font and it is exactly the same as you have on mobile: https://take.ms/D0rtvi
Screenshot from the Mobile device: https://prnt.sc/ZtxvsGsCMdx8
Desktop: https://prnt.sc/1nDygCqzRZA8Try to clear the browser cache and recheck the issue: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

March 9, 2024 at 9:13 am #547574
baranpastacilikParticipantWhy is your desktop view different from my desktop view? If you look carefully at the letter “F” in the picture, you can see that the font is different. Is there any particular reason for this?
