Hello again, this time I am experiencing a different problem. I am having 2 problems with the appearance of my products, that is, my shopping page.
1- The names of the products are written only on the first line, so if the product name is long, it is cut in half.
    2. The products are not listed in the same size, some are larger and some are smaller.
Can you go to the page and fix this? I would also appreciate it if you could tell me how you fixed it.

    Hello,

The issue is related to the Images themselves, here is our article on how to fix that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/

Thanks for your patience. Hopefully, you are doing well.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Sorry, the solution for the 1 question is to navigate to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products styles -> disable the Product title lines limit here: https://take.ms/yrlTH

    Hello,

    1. The font can be changed via the Revolution slider: https://take.ms/WOVoc

    2. With the help of the theme presets you can assign different footers, here is our documentation on how to use it: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

    Kind Regards

Hello, I think I didn’t express myself correctly. For the first problem, I know where to change the font in the slider. If you look carefully at the pictures, the font I chose in the slider and the font on my home screen are different. I asked how I could solve this problem. Secondly, I could not find the answer I was looking for in the article you posted. Can you give me an example on how I can set different footers?

    Hello,

    1. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Oter and disable the “Slider Revolution inherit theme font” option: https://take.ms/wavRz

    2. Create a preset with the condition that is related to a specific page: https://take.ms/d8HPO , then edit this created preset and change the footer: https://take.ms/ieGc2

1- How can I put another element in the middle of a photo as you see in the picture (like follow Instagram)

2- I want my photos to be vertical instead of square in mobile view, as in the example in the picture, how can I do this?

There are icons as you can see in the 1st picture, but when I add them myself, the icons do not appear (like in the 2nd picture). And the one you see in the 3rd picture is my main footer, I want to add information icons such as address and phone side by side. (below menu). What is the problem? Can you check and see why the icons are not visible?

Hello, I would like my previous question to be answered before it gets delayed. Additionally, my current font appears on desktop but not on a mobile device. What can I do about this? (There is no problem when you change the view to mobile from Chrome, but it does not happen when you enter directly from a phone)

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. First, set the URL as https: https://take.ms/oMRbg then clear the server cache and let me know.

    2. It looks like a cache, so make sure that it does not happen after clearing the site/server/browser cache and check again. Also, you can try to clear the cache on the mobile browser.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Looks like the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option. https://take.ms/8q5NH

    Hello,

We can see that on mobile the right font appears, if you check the Typography in Theme Settings you can see the preview of the font and it is exactly the same as you have on mobile: https://take.ms/D0rtvi

    Desktop: https://prnt.sc/1nDygCqzRZA8

Try to clear the browser cache and recheck the issue: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

Why is your desktop view different from my desktop view? If you look carefully at the letter “F” in the picture, you can see that the font is different. Is there any particular reason for this?
