I want to display my out of stock products on the last page

hello i use woodmart on many of my sites, i use the attached code to list out of stock products on the last pages. this works on my other sites, but i have created a new marketplace platform and i use the dokan plugin here. although i deactivate all plugins on the website and test it, it does not work. can you please help?
