    Hi,

I like the features of the flyout cart and the View Cart features of this demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-minimalism/. How to replicate it? There is a message that “you are $xxx away from free shipping” displaying in both flyout cart and the view cart page. How to get this feature for my website?

On the View Cart page, there is also an “add coupon” box as well as AJAX feature when you increase the quantity of the items where it automatically recalculates the cart price. However, when I use the layout from cart from the Woodmart theme, I don’t get the apply coupon box and the quantity adding is not AJAX and I have to press the update cart button. Also, there is no “you are $xxx away from free shipping” display. How to add this feature? I don’t want the Update Cart button. I want the AJAX feature.

    Hi hey3212,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. Mini Cart

The mini cart works for all demos, if it doesn’t display like the demo, so please follow below 2 ways:

If you are using Elementor Pro plugin, you need to disable Elementor Mini Cart template that is designed to work with Elementor Pro under Elementor > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce > Mini Cart Template and select Disable. https://take.ms/Ra7Cv

In case you don’t use Pro version, there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins or Cache plugins. Please clear CDN or cache and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    2. Freeshipping message and AJAX update

Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > enable Free shipping bar option and you can enable and choose its location https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/free-shipping-progress-bar/

Navigate to Theme Settings > Product archive > Product archive > enable AJAX shop option.

    3. The gap

It seems you resolved by yourself https://ibb.co/tPxVPfZh

    4. Checkout steps

Please edit page > scroll down to Page Settings > Page Title tab and enable Disable Page Title option – I helped you to do that.

    Regards,

Thank you very much for your reply! The remaining issues:
    1. The cart page still do not do AJAX, even after I have set it up and cleared cache.
    2. The coupon box is missing. This is important because the free shipping includes the coupon value, so it has to be entered here.
    3. Please get rid of the update cart button. It is unnecessary once Ajax is alive.
    4. The free shipping counting text does not show at the top of my cart page, even after I have turned it on.

    Hi hey3212,

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hi,

I have checked the plugin one by one. Only 2 is solved. It was the Bluehost plugin, which is my hosting plugin. Once deactivated, the coupon box came back. However, since bluehost controls my hosting server, it is unlikely to deactivate it.

But, 1, 3, 4 has no changes regardless the plugins. Could you look into this?

    Hi hey3212,

Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

    Hi,

I have cleared cache. But none of the 4 points below is any different. All 4 problems are still the same:

    Hi hey3212,

    Thanks for your patience.

1, 3. Navigate to Theme Setting > Shop > Cart > enable the option Update cart on quantity change. https://ibb.co/cSBGMFWy

    2. When I turned off custom layout, the coupon still not showing. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    4. You need to add Shipping progress bar into the Cart layout as well.

    Hi,

1&3 are solved now. Regarding 2, I mentioned above it conflicts with the Bluehost plugin, but this is my hosting server. How to deal with it then?. Regarding 4, cart page is always selected, but there is no effect.

    Hi hey3212,

    2. If so, please ask their support team to know if there is any settings related it because it’s out of our controls.

    4. I mean you need to edit custom layout and use that widget.

I will ask Bluehost. But regarding 4, how to do the editing and use which widget? Can you elaborate?
