The header for mobile is already separated. You can add content to the mobile header separately by editing from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit header and Mobile header on the right top.

You can use the Mobile optimizations block option added to the pages that you can show custom content for mobile.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
