Icon and text problem in cart

Hi;
Icon and texts do not appear when the shopping cart is empty. When I add products to the cart and then delete them, icon and texts appear. How can i fix this.

I found the problem. It was not visible because of this plugin I used. But if I don’t use it, my website will open 2 seconds slower. How can I solve this? (/? Wc-ajax = get_refreshed_fragments)
Hello,
Please consider other plugins that would optimize your site. This current plugin is not compatible with Woocommerce.
Alternatively, you can contact the plugin’s support what would they suggest?
