Icon recognition

Some cell phones do not recognize icons on the website, especially iPhones. Is it possible to check compatibility or provide guidance on this? Thanks

We are encountering the same problem. Could you please tell me if there is a theme setting where I might find a solution? We can only see category pages when logged in. However, the Home page and other pages are functioning correctly. Both administrator and customer logins are working well.
