Icons are not displaying in every page but only displaying in homepage

Please help me to solve theme issue with my website. All the icons are displaying only in homepage. But when I go to another page all the icons are gone.

Also there is another problem. All the layout of website also changed when I move to another page expect homepage. Please help me to solve these issues.
