Icons are not visible in older version of woodmart

Hello XTEMOS Team,
We received a call today from our old client. What he says is, Icons on the header in some pages is not visible another problem is with the header sticky is behaving weird. We’ve tried several things to fix this but nothing helped. We have purchased this woodmart theme in 2019. Kindly help us to resolve this.
