Icons disappeared

Hi,

I don’t know why but the icons disappeared on my frontpage. Can’t say why – I didn’t change anything regarding that.

We just checked your website and see that there are no icons uploaded at all. We don’t know why they disappeared but you need to edit them with WPBakery page builder and upload your images.

I checked it too and the files are still there and in the backend in wp bakery the icon is visible but not shown in the frontend. They are visible in the media page too.

It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

We didn’t touch anything on your website and didn’t save the page.

It seems, that the PHP issue was register_gloabalsset to ON. I deactivated it and now the icons appear. I don’t see an option for file_get_contents

Regarding the layout issue on the frontpage: Ok, I checked the logs. Last night the theme was updated to version 2.20 with the envato market plugin. Seems that this made the problem. Is that possible?

Try to edit products elements with WPBakery and select some correct hover effect for it.

Thanks, that was the problem. The update messed the options up. It gives me headaches that every theme update comes with a few problems. It would be great if you could make a notice in the theme updates. I think everybody would benefit from that, you too.

Sorry for the double post, but:

In every product carousel I set it up with “Inherit from theme options”. In the theme options I’ve chosen “Quick”. But that doesn’t help, the layout is still messed up.

When I go to a product carousel directly and choose “Quick” in the design tab it works. It seems that the inherit option doesn’t work correctly.

Which carousel should we check to see this “Inherit” problem?
