Icons not loading

Hello,

I have an issue with my website. I tried to change the font of my menu, and it messed up my entire site. I can no longer see the icons, and the custom font I installed (which was working fine initially) is no longer displaying on my product titles! I searched your forum, and you mentioned another issue regarding HTTP / HTTPS, but I checked in my Dashboard / Settings / General, and both links are identical with HTTPS.

I’m sending you access to my site, please fix this as soon as possible. I need the custom font I installed called “Burbank F” to be applied to my titles and menu, and I also want my icons back!

I also have an issue with the images on my website, they are zoomed in, especially the product photos—they are all zoomed in. I am also sending you a screenshot of a product page with the zoomed-in photos.

1. At the moment I see that those icons are shown – https://take.ms/TkAnH, try to clear the browser cache and recheck the issue.

As for the image gallery, navigate to Theme Settings -> Single product -> Gallery and set the “Auto” value here – https://take.ms/c1k64

2. When I check the page via the admin panel, the font is applied – https://take.ms/36udO it means that the issue in the cache, you need to clear the site/server caches and then recheck the issue.

Thank you for your response, it looks like the font has been restored correctly. I tried your second solution regarding the product page and image galley, and it works, but now the first problem with the icons are back again, they disappeared again after making the previous change with the image gallery. I tried clearing my cache, but I still can’t see the icons. Could you please check? Thank you.

Checked as a guest and it works – https://take.ms/6XXRR. When you will have that issue again, disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
