Identification problem when logging in in the popup

Hello,
I have a problem on my website with your theme. When the customers click on “connect” from the home page, a popup opens on the right with the connection form but it is impossible to connect from this window. It never works. We are then redirected to the login page on the my account page and there it works. Attached screenshots.
suddenly my clients waste a lot of time resetting their password every day and every time it doesn’t work. I have to spend time with everyone to tell them that it works on the second page. But what to do to make it work on the login window on the right?

I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
