Many features of some element in Page Builder (WPBakery) don’t work as “banner carousel” example (see file attached).
This is not normal because I cannot fully use all the features of this plugin.
Page Builder support, directed me to you on the pretext that the “banner carousel” element (given as an example but the problem appears on several others elements) is not part of the plugin (The banner carousel is not our standard element. It is most likely added by your theme author to enhance the theme functionality or is coming from a third party add-on)

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and left only two: ‘woodmart core’ and ‘Page builder WPBakery’ but the problem persists. (see attached file). 🙁

Your site is based on WP bakery page builder, and you have set Elementor in the Theme Settings > General, I have switched to WP bakery page builder, it works correctly. Please check.
