I’m having an issue with product video on Woodmart theme

    Problem:
    – When I add video via \”Product Video\” field → video does NOT show on frontend
    – When I add video inside product gallery → video shows BUT duplicates (2 video items)

    Environment:
    – WooCommerce latest version
    – Woodmart theme latest version
    – No cache (LiteSpeed/CDN disabled)
    – Tested with multiple products

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Add product
    2. Add video in Product Video field → no display
    3. Add video in Gallery → duplicated video

    Expected:
    – Video should display correctly in product gallery (only once)

    Actual:
    – Either not showing or duplicated

    Please advise if this is a known issue or bug in theme.

    Hello,

    I have checked it on our test site and added the youtube video and it is working fine. Can you please share the URL of the Product page where you are adding the video? Also, share the WP login details so I can check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Thank you for your response.

    I would like to clarify that I am not using YouTube or any third-party video source. I am uploading the video file directly to the product.

    The issue is:

    * The video works correctly on the first product I created.
    * However, for any new product pages I create afterward, the video does not display at all, even though it is added in the same way.

    I will share the product URL and WP login details so you can check directly on my site.

    Hello,

    Please disable the 2FA Authentication temporarily so that we can proceed further with checking the issue.

    Also, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know, so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. In the gallery, you have defined the same image as your main product image – , in such a way, it will not work, you need to remove the duplicated image from the gallery > resave the product and assign the video.

    Please check the “Elegant criss-cross ring with a single diamond” product for clarification. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.
