meccioParticipantHello,
I’ve recreated everything like the demo page that comes with the full import, but i cannot get rid of a line which is the same color of the row.
Please check attached.
Image 1 is my site
Image 2 is how a visitors sees your demo page
Image 3 is the front end editor of the demo page, where you can see the line just like in my case. Can you please explain to me what you did to “hide” it?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
I will check and show on screens for you to know how to do that.

meccioParticipantHi Elise,
I was actually waiting for you and not working on it.
So, I won’t be editing it till I hear from you.
I would really appreciate it if you could get it done asap as I need to work on it.
Thanks in advance

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have pasted all in the section, set white background to the section, and set -40px for the row, please check how it looks like now.

meccioParticipantLooks good, thank you!
Can you please take a look at the part right below that one? The one with outline of a man. It’s an image hotspot.
It’s way too big even though I tried different sizes it does not get any smaller. The actual size of the image is 268×601. Tried that also. But did not work.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The size is not effective in the background. I suggest you to narrow the column as shown https://prnt.sc/v11z4z
If you need a smaller image make the column even narrower. https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/responsive-column-control-width-offset-param-usage-explained/

meccioParticipantHello,
I’ve tried what you suggested and used a 5-column structure.
I’m trying to replicate that result on mobile, but the image is not centered.
I am adding a screenshot so you can see what I did for mobile. What else can I do?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to set a narrow column on the desktop, let it defaults on mobile.
Best Regards

meccioParticipantSorry, I don’t get what you mean. It was too big on mobile as well.
I like the size it is now, both on desktop and mobile. It just needs to be centered on mobile.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have set it in the center, please check. Just for you to know. On mobile columns go full width by default. You have set the column with the hotspot width of 6 columns, so either two columns on both sides should be 3 columns width.
Best Regards

meccioParticipantOh thank you so much, I get it now.
I’m trying to change the color of a small section right below the header, right now it is white.
I’m adding a screenshot so it’s easier to understand. I’ve tried to find it, but so far have not been able to, and just messed up the color scheme.Depending on your screen may be hard to see, as the sections right above and below are just slightly different (#fafafa). I believe the section I’m trying to change is #ffffff.
I would really appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot so I can see which setting allows me to modify it.
Thank you!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to remove all the margins in the rows to get rid of these gaps. https://prnt.sc/v1ra95
If you need a space set padding instead.
Best Regards
October 18, 2020 at 4:40 pm #234192
meccioParticipantOk I’ll try that.
But would also be possible to change the color of just that gap?
October 18, 2020 at 10:55 pm #234253
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I have already removed the gap. I just showed you what to change if you need to remove the gap somewhere else. You would better configure the rows without margins.
Best Regards
