Image and content not align in mobile and tablet

Hi Author,
I create contact us page and add image background., also add text content top of the image.
You can see it in desktop mode.
but in mobile view there is no background image and tablet view, the text not align properly
please help

The desktop and mobile views are ok now . but tablet view not is not good I think. the text are not align and box ar not center.
