Image carousel does not load

Image carousel does not load when I put arrows on previous/next buttons. How can I solve this issue???

I also need those arrows to be white on a red circle, how could I do that??

Please add the below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

}
