Image for the category page title not showing

Hi,

I’ve just bought the theme and I’m setting it. I’ve set the image for the category page, but it’s not showing. May you help with this problem?

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

The problem is actually the category page title image which is still missing. Here I attach the picture where I highlighted the place where the title and its image shall be, but it’s not showing.

Accessories do not have the featured image.

Please upload the image, and make sure the page title is enabled for the shop page.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
