bzzxzzParticipantThe image displays correctly on the PC version,
but when switching to tablet or mobile view, the image height does not display properly.Image 1: Display effect on PC
Image 2: Display effect on tablet — the image height cannot display correctly.Request:
Please help make the image display properly,
or let me know how to set the height correctly and where to set it. Thank you.May 15, 2025 at 4:35 pm #660975
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the settings there?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that on the tablet you have fixed it – https://prnt.sc/VhE1JCE7y_P3
As for the mobile, you can add the top and bottom padding like shown here – https://prnt.sc/gMV4PFpVV1A6

bzzxzzParticipantThank you,
but I want the full image to be displayed on tablet or mobile view.
Alternatively, please let me know how to edit which part of the image is shown.May 19, 2025 at 10:31 am #661549
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Add those settings – https://prnt.sc/5oOMLRA-x9nY to show it full width.
I suggest you define the image via the Element, currently it’s via background – https://prnt.sc/g_kxP6Zn9UdQ , so it should be easier to adjust it for you – https://prnt.sc/MI2Qli-KyEIs

bzzxzzParticipantI have tried using the image settings, but I’m still not sure how to edit the way the image is displayed.
If possible, please let me know how I should edit it. Thank you.May 20, 2025 at 10:24 am #661791
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In your case, the Image is missing in the Image element – https://prnt.sc/wFxP0vB86RS7
If you define it via the image, it will have the width as selected below the image settings – https://prnt.sc/Pbv72L-MJ9sS
Tablet – https://prnt.sc/u3Jqe8ZyhkAL
Mobile – https://prnt.sc/aCh7NGg1khHiKind Regards

bzzxzzParticipantI’m not sure if I expressed my thoughts and questions clearly.
Adding a background image makes the display on desktop very user-friendly, which is the result I want. (However, the display on tablet and mobile pages is not what I want. I followed your method to make some changes, and it partially achieved the effect I was hoping for.)
From your reply, I understand that using “Image” might be a better approach.
However, when using “Image,” the display effect on desktop is poor — I’ve marked this issue in the screenshot. (But on tablet and mobile, the display is exactly what I want.)
I don’t know how to adjust the image layout on the desktop, specifically how to control which part of the image is displayed.May 20, 2025 at 12:49 pm #661831
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,

bzzxzzParticipantDid you help me set it up?
Thank you — this is exactly the result I wanted.
But it would be even better if you could tell me how you did it.May 21, 2025 at 10:07 am #662113
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
For the tablet and mobile I have added a min-height value – https://prnt.sc/o1qas_e1Zflg
