Image instead of background – on product categories

    Hello,

    1. I’ve issue with image that is placed on every single my product category in header under title. Check link in attachment.

    2. Check my attachment: https://prnt.sc/lpfgma as you can see there are white space on mobile devices that I need to be removed so this title part can be attached on header.

    3. On my homepage, before I update theme on new version, buttons on my homepage (VIEW MORE and SHOP next to it) was positioned next to each other. After update they list each other one at the top another not one next to each other (inline) like it was before. What I should do to make them sorted inline again?

    In order to change color or image on the categories pages, navigate to shop page and set image or color as described here https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

    Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global

    1. I tried but its not working… Check link 1 and compare it with link 2. That’s translation of same product category (NOT page but product category, its not the same thing). As you can see in title part background image is some random image that I want to remove. In link to is background that suppose to be there on every single page and product categories. How to set that up? Can you please check?

    4. I’m having big issues with not being able to update my page. Can you please check it out? Check my video please. Issues are related with not being able to update my slider in visual composer. Always stays the same no matter of any updates.

    We have checked your site and see that the problem is not only with the slider but with the whole content. If you try to add anything (I have added a text block) it would not be saved. We checked with FTP the theme no issues which would cause the same.

    Please check your host and make sure if you have space enough.

    No way! This is VPS with 75GB of space. But what can be the issue?

    This is very big issue… We have numerous of customers every day and now this issue occurs… Please help us to fix that issue with VC somehow. Its hot lava urgent!

    Hello,

    We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. If you see the same situation on the default theme, deactivated all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one to discover which one influence.

    Hey! This is live website! We cannot play around for more than 15 minutes. How can you suspect? You cannot check it from your end and determine what is causing this? This is huge issue because none of the content cannot be updated.

    Hi,

    Yes, it is a big issue and we are trying to help you to understand where is this problem coming from. If you can’t check it on your live website, we suggest you to create a copy where you will be able to check similar problems without any problems. Sorry, but there are no other ways to check what is wrong.

    I’m 95% sure that its compatiblity of a theme with WPML because when you try to update original page in english, everything goes smooth. But when you try to edit any other page in any other translation it does not want to save it. What can we do?

    Anyway, the only way to check it is to check how it works with a default WordPress theme. We used WPML plugin a lot, and 90% of multi languages websites used by our clients are powered by WPML so our theme is fully compatible with the plugin.

    I checked it on default theme and its still not working… Can you at least give me a hint what it might be?

    Probably, there is a problem with not enough resources on your server but can be also caused by some of the extra plugins installed. If it doesn’t work with other themes, then we don’t know what the problem. You may try to contact WPML as well and ask them to check it from their side. But we would suggest you to disable also all extra plugins first and check.

    Can you please try to access Products section on the site? You’ll see that whole structure is destroyed and half of things cannot be properly seen. Like your theme is not compatible with Yoast…

    Hello there,

    Recently, we received a bad review from you on ThemeForest saying that the quality of our code in the latest update is bad. Maybe you can give us some examples of the problems you faced after the update? We optimize our code base on each update and in our 3.4 version we dropped YITH Compare plugin because it was very poor coded so now you can remove one plugin from your website to make it faster and cleaner. So why do you say that the code quality dropped? We are very sad that we are doing a better theme quality and get negative feedback for it without explanation. We would be glad if you at least can explain your desire to leave this review and we will definitely fix the problems you faced.

    I saw how you want to fix it. I asked one thing and you said its not us, its woocommerce. Behave yourself and then I might change my rating. Terrible attitude really.

    Not mentioning that I find issue inside that similar issue that I’m having is not implicating on default theme (I thought it was, but it isn’t).

    WPML replied me that its not their issue but related theme issue that is not compatible with WPML completely. That’s basically main reason why I give you this rating.

    OK, but give us a chance to understand what issue do you mean first. Lets resolve this situation and you will keep this bad rating if the problem will be really related to our theme. It would be fair for both of us.

    So what kind of issue you exactly mean here? Products table on the dashboard?

    For your information, developers from WPML tested our theme themselves and marked it as fully compatible on their official website https://wpml.org/theme/woodmart/
    So if there is really some bug then we have to fix it asap. Or WPML team should report it to us from their side.

    Products table on the dashboard is simply issue of incompatibility between Yoast premium and Woocommerce. It has nothing to do with a theme. Real issue is updating content is not being able to process on every single page that is translated (smells like WPML issue, but seems like its not).
