Image navigation arrows – product page – not working

navigation arrows at product page here are not working. On the other web using also woodmart it works perfectly.

Is there any option to set up to display navigation arrows?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
