Image not show when upload image product

I create a product, when i upload iamge feature, album image product, image not show.
Normal image upload show first to edit, but now is not…
it only show when I choose filter media (as attachment)
Please help me

1st: Add new product
2nd: Set product image
3rd: Upload file image
4th: file image name: “bong-tai-con-buom-mau-trang-btss-buom-01t”
5th: see image attach number “5”. the image just upload not in the first.
notes: check in media tab, grid not show image just upload, but when list layout, it show first line.

Our them does not influence. Try to install all from scratch. Check the logs on the hosting to find out the reasons.
