Image on Footer 1 on smartphone enlarnged

Hello. I hope you can help me. I have a brand icon showing on footer 1 and it shows okay on PC’s and tablets but appears enlarged on smartphones. Why??

On smartphone, the block which contains the image takes the full width of the screen the image is scaled accordingly.
