Image on shop page for variable products

Hi, I’m writing because I have variable products in my shop. I’ve set a default color for these products, but on the shop page or any WooCommerce archive page, the product’s featured image appears, not the default color. How can I fix this? I’d like the default attribute color to appear.

Salve, posso fornire accesso alla versione staging del mio sito. In particolar modo vi fornisco il link di un prodotto sul quale potrete fare dei test. Infatti potrete vedere che a livello di prodotto è stata impostato il colore nero come colore di default, ma nello shop viene mostrata la galleria impostata a livello generale di prodotto.
Inoltre riscontro un altro problema, anche se ho impostato “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” nelle impostazioni di woocommerce e le variazioni di un prodotto sono a 0, in alcuni casi il prodotto viene visualizzato ugualmente sullo shop. Come mai?

1. You’ll see that the default color for the product is black, but the shop displays the gallery set at the general product level.
– I checked an example product, and I saw that variation image showed correctly by default according to default variation https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cT6efdnDm8h
2. Hide out of stocks products
– I checked the products and it still in stock, can you please double check?

I’m seeing the problem on the WooCommerce shop or archive page (see screenshot).
For out-of-stock products, you must run a test. You can manually adjust the stock to verify the issue.
