Image overflow to the right

Hi guys,

I try to make an image overflowing to the right (out of the boxed container) within a full width row.

I prepared an image for you to understand. I managed to achieve this with some page builders but never with Visual Composer.

Of course the mobile version is stacked (display:block, width:100%).

I am getting headaches because of this. Please help!
