Image ratio on product card thumbnail

Hello guys, how can we make this image ratio to be always 1:1 ? we tried from woocommerce but didnt change.
now its showing like this and we dont like this. we want all images to have same size so we avoid this layout disproportion.

When you cropped it in the woo media library did you Save Edits then Update?

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you.

1. For the Product Archive page, please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives -> Products styles, here you can enable Even product grid for desktop option to align products if they have different height components.

2. Basically the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and the WoodMart theme doesn’t influence this. The size of the thumbnail you set should be larger than the size of the product thumbnail displayed on the shop page. If the thumbnail size is smaller than what the default size expects, it may appear blurry or not display correctly.
