Image size

I have the following problem. I would like my store to display photos similarly to this https://woocommerce-634756-2484682.cloudwaysapps.com/shop I have read the instruction at https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/ but it does not work whether I choose 1:1 or custom size of photos remains the same and looks like this https://mieszkaniove.pl/sklep/

Please tell me how I can also set such a frame next to each photo in the product list

Basically the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customise >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

You can try reducing the thumbnail image width and then set the crop to 1:1

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the image sizes settings are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

I now that it is woocommerce settings and i now that it isn working properly, but others support team from diffrent themes solving this problem for sending properly settings to modify and help users with this. Why do i need to test it with another theme, as i want to set it up in this one to look nice. I bought 2 licenses from you and I must admit that I am disappointed with such technical support

I have reduced the thumbnail image width from woocommerce settings and the issue was fixed.

You can change the style of the product grid from Theme Settings >> Product Archives >> Product Styles.
