    Hello

I have some images that were created for the slider, and they show on the desktop correctly, In mobile mode, the photo is corrupted and is not displayed correctly

When I used the default settings, on the mobile device show the image was very small and it had too many spaces between the slider and product, but it is fine on the desktop

the size of my images is: 1920 * 480 px (in the new future will be about 2400*680px)
Please check the private area and fix it for me

    thanks

    Hello,

As we can see, your original image is wider than the column you have inserted it into. You need to resize it approximately and reupload it.

Alternatively, you can use the background image in elementor section. Edit the slide in the Elementor >> then select the section >> in the responsive mode you can upload the different images for different devices:

    Hello,

Go to Slides > Edit Slide > within the slide settings, upload distinct images for various devices and select the background image position.

    Hello

    I don’t see your private area !

Upload it in my site media, I will see that from my site

It’s been a day that we have been discussing this matter and we still haven’t reached a conclusion. How can you put a file inside my host? Why are you so stubborn?

remove the video from this link

    #525481

    Hello,

Sorry, but I did not know why you are not seeing the private content while you have added the login details in the private content in the first message but now you can not see the private content, it is very strange. All the other user’s see the private content but you not, also, the video file is more than 2 MB which is why I can not be attached to the message here.

Now, I am uploading the video on your site, it takes more time to upload.

I have deleted the video link from my last message. I hope you have downloaded the video from that link.

    Best Regards.

    I saw the video
remove it from that public link too

If again you or your college share anything of my site in public, I will never ask to remove it, I will ask Envato to remove you from sealers and ask for a refund.

This is what I see in your support forum

I changed the password of my site, and never give you access

It’s weird, Why at the first time you didn’t upload that to my site? I told you, what do you think about your self?

Check why I can’t see the private area based on image I sent

    #525527

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have confirmed with the development department, and he confirmed that the user or customer can not see the private content. The private content section is only for the support staff not for the users.

So now, when I share anything related to your site, I will send it through your email.

    Best Regards.
