Image sizes in product catalog

Hi,

I am having a problem with image sizes for products in shop catalog. I want them to be cropped to 3:4 , but instead they all are shown in 4:3 aspect ratio.

Please see my settings attached below. I use Featured image from URL plugin for all images in the catalog, I also attached the settings a made there.

Is there something wrong in setting a made?

Hello,

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the cropping is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

It is the sea issue with another theme…

The issue was caused by a third party plugin.
