image sizes on collection pages

On collection pages, as per the theme’s functionality, the first image which is showing up on the collection page, is getting cropped. This creates problem when we click on the color options, it gets longer in length, attaching screenshots for your reference. Please remove this functionality of first image getting cropped or let us know how can we remove that?
