Image Thumbnail issue on Safari Browser

Hi My site workinmg file on chrome browser and on Safari browser caregories thumbnail size change and look ugly please check screenshot attached

on chrome it perfect

but on safari it have issue check bith images attached

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
