Image/color Swatches not showing

Hi,
The color swatches are not showing anymore on product hover, I’ watched the tutorial and I’ve followed all the steps as you can see in the screenshots, color swatches are shown inside the product page but not outside.
When you click on where they should be, it show the tooltip but not the colors.
Can you please help me, please?

On homepage product images are swatched on hover. I have also checked product page, they do not there.
In order to make image swatch on choosing you need to enter each product and add images to each variation as shown: http://prntscr.com/j7rb5c

The image inside the single product does change with the variations, that’s not the problem.
But in the main page, it doesn’t show the circle with the color on hover “Select options”, only show the tooltip with the color name.
The only product that has variations is Alfombra PICNIC.

Have a look at the screen http://prntscr.com/j7su44 this product has color in circles. Other two does not cause if you enter each product you will see that color attribute is not added there. Please add the attribute.
