1. What should the image size on the products be on my home page – to make all images look uniform. At the moment, the image sizes are disproportionate (image below)

2. What size should the image sizes of the products be on my shop page be? And how do I change the look of the products when I hover over the images?

Okay, but I asked about product styles on the shop page. How do I change the design. I followed your instructions and I sent a screen shot that the option of “product styles” does not appear on my woodmart theme settings

so please assist

You can change the product styles in the grind in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles.
