Images are not sharp and clear

Hey, im using products categories element, why do the Images are not sharp and clear ? attached a screenshot of the problem.
in addition, what is your recomndations for images size in media settings.(thumbnail,meduim and large)

First of all, set full or leave empty “Image size” in the element. Then try to upload bigger size images and you can find here useful information: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
