First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme because the single image element is Wp-bakery element and our theme doesn’t influence.

If it works fine with the default theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

Please Go to Woodmart >> WPBakery CSS Generator and Select the Single image element and Regenerate the CSS.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.
