I have visited your website.

1) The product Images are controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce provides settings for Images that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

In your case it seems that you have set some cropping value that’s why the images are cropped. You can try adjusting the crop ratio.

2) To change the styling of the products grid carousel element products you need to edit the module and in the design tab you can set the design accordingly.
