Images don't adjust

Hello,

I would like to show this product appearance on my shop (demo shoes > pic 1). But when I show 3 columns products I get this (pic 2). How can I suppress that area or fill it with the pic?

OK. I didn’t mean the effect. I meant that the pics of those products are covering the whole area. But in my case the pic, even if it is 1:1 is leaving two rows “empty” rows on the sides.

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image and increase this value http://prntscr.com/ju5snh And upload images in a bigger size.
