TuomoParticipantHi there,
Do you know why some of my images are small in one site and in the other site the images are normal?
Single Image Settings -> image size -> full
The settings are the same in both sites.Best Regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Could you please send us a link to your website where we can see this issue?
Kind Regards

TuomoParticipantHi Artem,
Here you can see the problem in one site (click on TUOTEKUVAUS):
https://www.alusvaatteet.com/villaleggingsit-alusvaatteet-com-silea/In this site there are no problems (click on TUOTEKUVAUS):
https://www.sukat.com/kiristamattomat-puuvillasukat-sukat-com-mesh/I don’t understand how this problem has occurred. It has been working just fine before and all the settings are the same in both sites.
Best Regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterMost likely, images on your website have the size set to 10×10 in the WPBakery element. Check this, and provide us with your admin access if you can’t resolve the issue.

TuomoParticipantI have no idea where I can change those. Can you send an image where I could find to locate this problem?

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme?
October 17, 2024 at 11:00 pm #605898
TuomoParticipantI found the problem by deactivating LiteSpeed Cache. I have to ask them why this problem is occurring, when I have the same settings on in both sites with LiteSpeed Cache.
October 17, 2024 at 11:16 pm #605905
TuomoParticipantI have enabled in LiteSpeed Cache -> Media Settings -> Lazy Load Images
and I have enabled in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Lazy loading -> Lazy loading for images
This works fine in Sukat.com website but not in Alusvaatteet.comShould the other lazy loading be always deactivated? I think I read somewhere that I could have both lazy loadings activated.

Artem TemosKeymasterYou can use our theme’s lazy loading and deactivate the plugin’s one. Don’t use both at the same time.

TuomoParticipantIs there any difference in speed if I use LiteSpeed Cache lazy loading or your theme lazy loading?
October 22, 2024 at 9:11 am #606657
Artem TemosKeymasterWe didn’t investigate Litespeed lazy loading, so we can’t answer your question precisely.
Kind Regards

TuomoParticipantWhich is faster with wp rocket lazy loading compared to your own theme lazy loading?
October 25, 2024 at 10:02 am #607528
Artem TemosKeymasterI’m not sure that it will make much difference. But we recommend using our theme’s lazy loading anyway.
