Images on product category with 1:1 ratio

I put ratio 1:1 images size in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images to make them all the same size but it still doesn’t work… Some images are bigger.

On Flatsome theme, by exemple, no problem about it.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

I changed by custom 600x600px but it still doesn’t work…
