fazi112288ParticipantHi Hung Pham,
Let me explain to you.
I am currently using the plugin with the name “Pop-Up Maker” to trigger the popup on “Contact Us” menu but I want to use the Elementor pop-up. Unfortunately, Elementor pop-up is not working. I don’t know why it is not working because everything looks fine. Woodmart is also compatible with elementor.
Can you please check the elementor popup from dashboard at “Templates –>> Popup”. There you’ll see a pop up. You can disable the popup maker plugin or popup with the name “contact-us popup” while resolving the issue.
Screenshots are also attached.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi fazi112288
The the issue was caused by the
Elementor frontend
option https://monosnap.com/file/RUxt9mCWo61iC42Gw2VdWyOx8gBvl0 being disabled in the theme settings, and everything starts working when it is enabled. And I followed this article https://elementor.com/help/how-to-trigger-a-popup-from-a-nav-menu-item/

fazi112288ParticipantHi there,
I am using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin to get the Google pay payment method on my site.
It’s strange that G-Pay button is showing on product page and cart page but not showing on checkout page if we check on an android mobile chrome app but if you see on desktop/laptop using chrome browser then this button is not showing on any page.
Can you please check what’s the issue?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi fazi112288,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
Best Regards

fazi112288ParticipantHi there,
I have run the conflict test on a staging site using Storefront theme and it’s working perfectly fine now. There’s no issue of Buy with G-Pay button now. As I can see Buy with G-Pay button is also showing on checkout page in an Express Checkout block.
I have also tested the all current plugins with Storefront theme and everything is working perfect.
But when I reactivated the WoodMart theme then again Buy with G-Pay button is gone from checkout page.
So, the issue is with the WoodMart theme. I have shared the admin login details of my site. Can you please check the issue and resolve it ASAP.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi fazi112288,
I can’t see Google Pay button in single product, cart and checkout pages as well.
Meanwhile, we have a special
Hook
widget in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-hooks-and-plugins-compatibility/

fazi112288ParticipantHi Hung Pham,
Yes!! You are right that if we see the website on PC/Laptop then we can’t see Google Pay button on single product, cart and checkout pages as well but if you see the website on android mobile using chrome app then you’ll see the Buy with G-pay button on single product page and cart page.
I was expecting that you would provide us with a patch or update to fix the compatibility issue with express checkout. Ok. Let me contact the plugin support team again.
Can you please also guide me with screenshots that where can I find these hooks in custom layouts of the single product, cart and checkout page?

fazi112288ParticipantHi there,
I have contacted the customer support team of the “WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway” plugin and here’s their response:
“The hooks that Woodmart has provided a general hooks used to add content to pages.
However, the Google Pay button should automatically be added to any theme without using these hooks. In short, themes like Storefront do not use any custom hooks at add Google Pay button.”I request you please look into this matter as it is a theme issue. Please refer this issue to the WoodMart developers and resolve this issue ASAP.
I’ll be very grateful to you.

I’ve fixed your issue. Please check your site again.
In case you wanted to know how I fixed it, please follow below methods:

in one element (https://prnt.sc/zPhwwNpXQS7d) , andwoocommerce_checkout_before_customer_details
in another (https://prnt.sc/3kABxdgMJg5w).– Make sure you ADDED credit card to your browsers.

fazi112288ParticipantHi there,
Can I get the dropdown of my categories on search bar? Secondly, when I search “Men” then the search results should only be related to Men Category but the search result also include “Women” products. Why is that?

fazi112288ParticipantHi there,
I am trying to enable social login on my site https://oneclothingco.com.au/ for customers but while integration of facebook social login, they are asking for Business Verification first? Is it compulsory to do the business verification to use the facebook login on my site or I can use the API without this verification?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi fazi112288,
You may try to create without verfication.
